You may place domestic orders on-line by simply clicking the Add to Cart button located next to each product on the Products page. When you are ready to check out, press the Check Out button and supply the necessary shipping and payment information. It’s that simple.
Our on-line purchasing is a secure system provided by PayPal. You may pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, eCheck, or with your PayPal account if you prefer (a PayPal account is not required for purchase).

Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
International Orders
We welcome orders from outside the U.S. Please contact us for a shipping quote and to place an order. Sorry, we do not export motors or igniters. All international orders are shipped via UPS.
Shipping
Orders received by 12:00 PM are usually shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail. If the order contains motors or igniters, it will be shipped via Parcel Post. Large orders may ship via UPS and the actual shipping cost will be applied.

Backorders
We work hard to keep the web page current with any items that may be temporarily out of stock. If we find that your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible (usually the same business day) to see how you would like us to proceed. If we are unable to reach you within 3 business days, we will refund the payment and cancel the order.

Shipping Damage and Missing Items
Although it happens rarely, packages occasionally arrive damaged or with missing items. If the package is damaged, please notify the US Mail or UPS carrier immediately. Although we are unable to process any mail damage claims from our end, we would be glad to assist in any way we can.

Liability
Leading Edge Rocketry does not assume any liability for storage, use, or transport of any products offered for sale on this web site. Leading Edge Rocketry shall not be responsible for any injuries or property damage whatsoever arising from the use, misuse, storage, transport or handling of products that we offer for sale. The purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities. Please check with your local authorities to find out about restrictions that may exist in your region for the storage or use of model rockets. Please always follow the NAR Model Rocket safety code.
Warranty
All products manufactured by Leading Edge Rocketry carry a One Year Warranty (from the date of purchase) against any defects in workmanship or materials. Please contact us for instructions on returning a defective product. We will repair or replace the product at no further cost to you. Dated proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. This warranty only applies to the components originally supplied by Leading Edge Rocketry; it does not cover any components that may have been added to the original product or kit.
All products not manufactured by Leading Edge Rocketry (but sold by our company) carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Leading Edge Rocketry does not offer any additional warranty or guarantee on these products, but we will assist you in providing information on contacting the manufacturer.
